CONSPIRACY is the ClubSwan 42 that started it all for the NYYC and the now famed INVITATIONAL CUP.

Hull #001, CONSPIRACY, was originally owned by two of the Commodores of the NYYC before being sold to her present owner.

CONSPIRACY is in excellent condition with newer, Quantum main and jib.

With the 2024 ORC World Championship in Newport, Rhode Island from September 25th - October 5th, she will be a worthy competitor.

The owner is moving up to a larger yacht. Offers are encouraged!

HULL

Infusion molded E-glass / vinylester laminate with carbon reinforcements in
selected areas.

Sandwich with closed cell foam cored hull, with higher density foam in
bottom and slamming areas.

Fiber reinforcements are multiaxial and unidirectional.

Structural bulkheads are of veneered sandwich construction or marine grade
waterproof plywood.

Watertight bulkhead at bow, drained fore peak.

Bottom stiffeners reinforced with unidirectional carbon and multiaxial glassfibre in selected areas.

Stainless chainplate deck fittings.

Awlgrip blue painted topsides.

White single sheer stripe.

Double white waterline stripe.

T-keel, steel fin with Antimony alloyed lead bulb and with upper flange recessed into hull. The fin is bolted to hull with high tensile steel bolts.
