KATFACE

KATFACE was purchase by the present owner in 2012 when this Swan 46 was named LIGHTHEART. The new owner then prepared her for a trans-Atlantic trip. KATFACE spent several years in the Med returning to the Caribbean in the fall of 2021. She is now back in Annapolis where she will remain until sold.

When this Swan 46mkI was named LIGHTHEART, she spent about 17 years on the fresh water Great lakes and it shows. Rarely will you find a Swan of this age in the superb cosmetic condition she is in, especially the interior woodwork and behind the scenes.

KATFACE is equipped for extended offshore cruising which she has accomplished with her present owners. Now the owners are ready to move on with the next phase of their lives KATFACE is actively for sale and priced accordingly.

Accommodations

Burmese teak interior furniture with varnished hand rubbed satin finish except as noted below. Teak and holly cabin sole. Sleeps a total of 7. 2 in each of the 2 sleeping cabins and an additioal 3 in the main saloon. 2 heads. Lee cloths on all bunks.

Forward Cabin

Offset double bunk to port with custom mattress. Locker access fwd. Shelves P and S. 2 x fans. 2 x reading lights. Seat to S. Hanging locker and shelves aft.

Forward head

Located P side aft of forward cabin. White gel coat fiberglass pan to half height. Baby Blake head, recoated. Mansfield holding tank. Pressure hot and cold water. Telephone type shower. Lockers outboard. Mirroe fwd. Teak showe grate.

Saloon
