Swan 53 for sale:

STARSTRUCK

Every now and then a special Swan comes to the brokerage market that is just spectacular in the way she shows cosmetically, the way she is maintained and the recent upgrades made. STARSTRUCK is one of those rare Swans.

STARSTRUCK has to be one of the finest Swan 53's this broker has ever seen. Upgrades in the past few years are too many to mention in this paragraph, but do include new standing rigging, new sails, a Park Avenue boom, replaced teak decking, upgraded B&G electronics, new generator and batteries.

A more detailed list of upgrades may be found below in “UPGRADES 2021 to 2025”.

Aside from the upgrades, STARSRUCK shows in spectacular condition inside and out. She has the highly desirable centerline queen bed in the mast cabin aft, plus two more mirror image cabins forward making her an ideal boat for up to 3 couples. The main saloon is large and there is a proper sea galley and full navigation station.

STARSTRUCK is truly a Swan you can bring your personal effects onboard, provision her and sail away. Highly recommended.

History

Originally built for a Swedish owner and named FANTASY. She sold in about 1990 and came across the Atlantic, through the Panama Canal and ended up in San Francisco. She was then renamed STARSTRUCK.

In about 2000 she sold to her 3rd owner, a future flag officer of the San Diego YC, and was sailed to San Diego. This owner replaced the teak decking and added the Park Avenue boom among other things. This owner cruised her and did some club racing on her as well as the Newport to Ensenada Race.

The present owner purchased STARSTRUCK in the winter of 2020/2021 and they have cruised her out of the LA area and nearby islands.
