Swan 62 for sale:

ATEM

ATEM is the last built and arguably best built Swan 62. She was extended at the factory and measures 65' LOA. Her Options Specification list when new covers 13 pages of upgrades over the Standard Specification.

ATEM remains under her first owner who has completed a great deal of short-handed sailing all over the world.

Maintained most recently by the famed Lyman Morse yard in Maine, ATEM is without doubt a most spectacular Swan.

A rare find. No upgrades are required at this time. Just add your personal belongings and groceries and off you go. A viewing is highly recommended.
