Swan 371 sold by Yeoman Yachts:

This Swan 371 has just completed a major cosmetic refit with about 1,500 hours of work on her. She is in spectacular condition!

The interior cushions and upholstery are new along with the cockpit cushions. She is in quite beautiful condition all round. Her teak decks remain thick and her engine, sails and electronics have all been upgraded.

This Swan 371 is fully commissioned and ready to go. Viewings are highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

HISTORY

This Swan 371 was finished being built in December of 1982. She was then shipped to Newport Beach, California. In 1990 she was sold and then sailed out of Port Angeles, Seattle. The previous owner purchased her in 2009 and sailed her in the Baja, CA. He then trucked her to Annapolis, sailed her to Jamestown, arriving in 2014. The present owner purchased her in June of 2016 and completed a slow refit over the next 4 years.

HULL

Solid fiberglass, white hull.

Longitudinal and latitudinal top hat stringers to stiffen the hull.

Aluminum plate in bilge to support the mast step.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeps a total of 8. 2 in each of the sleeping cabins, 2 on the saloon settees and 2 in the saloon pilot berths. Matte varnished Burmese teak interior with teak and holly cabin sole. All interior woodwork re-varnished with Epifanes satin finish (2017 to 2019). Vinyl overheads. 

FORWARD CABIN

Located in the bow with 2 folding aluminum pipe bunks.

Storage under each bunk.

Chain pipe for anchor chain and rode.

HEAD

Located aft of the forward cabin and on the starboard side.

Baby Blake manual head.

Sink with hot and cold pressure water.

Telephone type shower.

Electric shower sump pump.

Lockers opposite on the port side.  

MAIN SALOON

2 x straight settees, 1 to port and 1 to starboard.

All cushions and bunk mattresses replaced (2019).

6.4 gallon Isotemp water heater, heated by a 120 volt supply or via a heater exchanger off the engine (2019).

Dorade vent with stainless steel cowl and stainless steel protective bar over, 1 forward of the mast, 1 each side of the companionway.

Mushroom vents, 1 over forward head, 1 each side of deck coaming over aft cabin (2018).
