LYTECHINUS III has alot going for her including teak decks that were replaced in 2007, rod standing rigging that was replaced less than 10 years ago and a Yanmar engine that was replaced in the late 1990s. LYTECHINUS III was built for the present owner's family in 1986. This is the first time she is available on the brokerage market. As a new boat she was sailed from Nautor in Finland to the Caribbean. She spent the summers in New England and the winters in the Caribbean until the mid 1990s. Although lightly raced she did compete in the Newport to Bermuda Race, the Marion to Bermuda Race and the Marblehead to Halifax Race. Priced to be the next Swan 43 to sell.
