CYGNUS

CYGNUS is an excellent example of this centerboard model (5'9" board up) Swan 47. She is perfectly set up to cruise the east coast of the US and the Bahamas as well as the oceans of the world. CYGNUS has been known to this broker for the last 3 owners. The present owner purchased CYGNUS in 2011. Before that this Swan 47 sailed the Atlantic twice as the owners enjoyed cruising the European waters in between crossings.

Since 2011, under the present owner, CYGNUS has only sailed in the New England area and she has been stored in a shed each winter with the rig removed. Various upgrades have been made to CYGNUS over the past 8 years and they include new upholstery and new sails. CYGNUS has always shown very well and she continues to do so now.
