It is hard to imagine another Swan 53 in better shape than Grace on or off the brokerage market. Grace is a highly desirable centerboard version of the Swan 53. She is beautifully maintained with new stainless steel rod rigging in 2016, new interior upholstery 2016, new generator in 2014 and fresh teak decks. Other upgrades that were made in 2015 include new running rigging, new B&Gs, new radar, touched up interior varnish work, new alternator and a spare, new lenses in the deck hatches, new speakers, new Fortress anchor, fender covers, overhauled hydraulics, new water pump, new belts, sea cocks serviced, new LPG tank and more.

Upholstery replaced with new (2016). Sleeps 8 in 4 sleeping cabins plus 1 in the main saloon for a total of 9. Hand rubbed, varnished, Burmese teak and teak veneer over marine ply interior joinery, except where noted. Teak and holly cabin sole except as noted. Vinyl over paneling headliner.
