Forward Cabin (crew quarters)

Generous crew space finished with the same high level of decor as the remainder of the yacht. Fixed berth to starboard with storage underneath. Pullman bunk to port with settee underneath which converts to third bunk. Chain locker access under hanging locker. Storage lockers outboard of pullman berth. Port Guest Cabin

Main Saloon 

Masses amounts of space with 2 totally separate seating areas. Cozy and inviting. U shaped settee to port with storage lockers outboard fore and aft of hull windows. Coffee table to port with flat screen Sharp TV that rises out of table. U shaped settee to starboard with storage lockers outboard fore and aft of hull windows. Dining table to starboard seating 8 people. Custom bar area at forward bulkhead with bar, crystal storage, drinks fridge and ice maker. Raised ceiling with indirect lighting. Galley

Any professional chef would be thrilled to work in this galley. Lots of counter space, lockers and drawers with all the modern conveniences to prepare the best of dishes. The open galley is located aft of the saloon on the port side. All work surfaces in galley and sliding doors behind stove in Corian. Magna Sahara gimbaled 4 burner Force 10 stove and oven. Miele 2 burner induction hob. Miele microwave oven. Overhead Alpes Inox extractor fan with lighting. Double stainless-steel sinks inboard. Miele dishwasher. Insinkerator brand garbage macerator in sink. Refrigeration: Front loading refrigerators x 2. Top loading freezer. Freezer under galley floor. Drinks fridge in saloon custom bar.

Navigation Station 

Oversize desk to allow the opening of paper charts if needed. Strategically located to maximize on-deck and below communications. Open navigation station located aft of saloon on the starboard side. Forward facing double navigation seat. Lockers, drawers and in-desk storage. Chart storage in overhead chart locker.

Captain’s Cabin

Great, cozy off watch cabin located where the least amount of boat motion occurs. Located aft of the navigation station and to starboard side of engine room. Fixed upper and lower berths with drawers below. Hanging locker aft with drawers below. Air conditioning drawn from owner’s cabin. Automatic lights in lockers. Ensuite head (doubles as day head) with shower, sink, mirror, storage and VacuFlush toilet.

Hallway

Accesses the owner's cabin aft creating lots of privacy from the remainder of the yacht. Located on the starboard side. Electrical panel. Door to access engine room. Hanging locker aft, vented with drain in floor and storage shelves for safety equipment.

Owner's Cabin

Palatial! Lots of privacy, large comfortable bed, ensuite head and stall shower. It is hard to imagine a better-appointed cabin for the owners. Located aft. Centerline queen sized berth with drawers below. Settee to port. Hanging lockers port and starboard with drawers below. Large vanity mirror with lighting and shelf with storage below. Work desk to starboard. Ensuite head with stall shower, sink, mirror, storage lockers and VacuFlush toilet. Automatic lights in lockers. MarineAir air conditioning.

Engine Space

Engine room located centerline beneath forward cockpit and lined with full sound insulation. Access via door in hallway and under companionway steps. Generator space under floor in main saloon lined with full sound insulation (genset in sound box also).

Fresh Water System 

Freshwater capacity 362 gallons in 2 stainless-steel tanks. Sea Recover Aqua Whisper 230 V watermaker making 1,500 US gallons/day, including: fresh water flush system, ultraviolet sterilizer, clean and rinse valves, commercial pre-filter, 2 x high pressure water pumps by TF Marine, 24V, 3000l/h. Low water alarm. Tank vent pipes at galley sinks. 220V water heater with 100 liter capacity. Engine heated hot water via same water heater. Hot and cold showers at swim platform and in aft cockpit.

Sea-water System

Sea-water pump distributing water to deck wash and galley.

Heads

Vacuflush vacuum toilets using freshwater for flushing x 4. Jabsco manual toilet in forward cabin using sea water for flushing. Black water stored in 2 x black water tanks, emptied by electric pumps or deck fittings. Level indicators for black water tanks in heads and at monitoring panel.

Ventilation

Natural ventilation in all cabins. Exhaust ventilators in all heads and in galley. MarineAir reverse cycle air conditioning installed in: owners cabin, saloon port, saloon starboard, port guest cabin, starboard guest cabin, forward cabin.

Main Saloon

Located aft of the forward cabin and head. "L" shaped settee to port with pilot berth outboard. Straight settee to starboard with lockers and shelving outboard. ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeps 8 in 4 separate sleeping cabins. Varnished and hand rubbed Burmese teak interior furniture. Teak and holly cabin sole. Vinyl overhead panels. 

FORWARD CABIN

Located in the bow and available as a crew cabin. Accessed via the starboard forward guest cabin. 2 x single bunks, 1 each side. The en-suite head for this cabin is forward with gel coated fiberglass unit to half height and teak finish above. Manual head. Sink with telephone type shower.

FORWARD STARBOARD GUEST CABIN

Accessed from the main saloon. This is a walk through cabin allowing access to the forward cabin. 2 single over/under bunks. Hanging locker inboard. The en-suite head is forward with a walk through to the forward cabin. Head is vacuflush.

FORWARD PORT GUEST CABIN

Located opposite the starboard guest cabin. Accessed from the main saloon. Double bunk. Drawers under bunk. Hanging locker inboard. En-suite head forward with vacuflush head.

MAIN SALOON

Located aft of the main bulkhead and aft of the forward guest cabins. "L" shaped settee to port surrounding a dining table. Dining table has a condiment rack in the center. Double seat on the centerline for more seating at the table with liquor locker incorporated into the seat back. 2 barrel chairs to starboard with a table between. Dark blue leather upholstery. Lockers outboard to starboard with entertainment hardware inside and with roller board doors. Glasses locker forward to starboard. Lockers outboard to port.

GALLEY

"U" shaped. Located aft of the main saloon on the port side. 4 x burner propane stove with oven and exhaust hood over. 2 x 220volt and 1 x 24volt side loading fridges and 1 top loading freezer. Double stainless steel sinks. Microwave oven. Ample drawers, lockers and counter top space.

NAVIGATION STATION

Located aft of the main saloon. Forward facing. Desk with lifting top. Drawers forward. Surrounded with navigation and communication electronics. Electrical breaker panel inboard and behind companionway steps. Access door to the engine aft of the electrical panel. Additional engine room access under the companionway steps.

MASTER CABIN

Via a walk way from the navigation station on the starboard side is the Master cabin in the stern. Offset double bunk to port. "L" shaped settee to starboard. Companionway ladder to aft cockpit offset to starboard. Vanity forward on centerline with desk, stool and mirror. 2 x large hanging lockers. Drawers under bunk. Ample overhead lockers. En-suite head to port with separate stall shower. Vacuflush head.

Swan 371

HISTORY

This Swan 371 was finished being built in December of 1982. She was then shipped to Newport Beach, California. In 1990 she was sold and then sailed out of Port Angeles, Seattle. The previous owner purchased her in 2009 and sailed her in the Baja, CA. He then trucked her to Annapolis, sailed her to Jamestown, arriving in 2014. The present owner purchased her in June of 2016 and completed a slow refit over the next 4 years.
