Forepeak

Located in the bow. Used to store deck cushions, sails and other boat gear. Teak grating on the sole.

Starboard Forward Guest Cabin

Located aft of the forepeak cabin. 1 large single bunk below, 1 single bunk above that may be adjusted up or down. Hanging locker forward with drawers under. Lockers outboard of upper bunk. Lockers inboard on centerline partition bulkhead.

Starboard Forward Guest Head

Located between the forepeak and starboard guest cabins and shared by both cabins. White gel coated fiberglass unit to half height. Teak above. Electric head. Sink with hot and cold water. Telephone type shower. Mirror. Locker outboard. Teak grating on sole.

Port Forward Guest Cabin

Located immediately opposite of and a mirror image of the starboard forward guest cabin.

Port Forward Guest Head

Located forward of the port forward guest cabin. Similar features to starboard guest head. 

Main Saloon

Located aft of the forward guest cabins and behind the main bulkhead. "U" shaped settee to port surrounding a folding dining table. Bookshelves and lockers outboard. To port is an "L" shaped settee surrounding a smaller folding table. Lockers and shelving outboard including TV location. Lockers forward. White leather upholstery on settees.

Galley

Located on the port side and aft of the main saloon in an enclosed area with a door to the main saloon. Formica counter tops. Lockers inboard and outboard with sliding smoked plexiglass doors. Extra flip up counter top to increase working surface forward.  4 x burner propane stove with oven outboard and exhaust hood over. Microwave oven aft. Frigoboat 24volt/220volt fridge and freezer aft. Dishwasher aft. Double stainless steel sinks inboard.

Navigation Station

Located on the starboard side aft of the main saloon. Forward facing. Desk with compartment for charts. Surrounded with navigation and communication electronics as well as the AC and DC electrical panel. Set of drawers forward.

Day Head

Located in the walkway to the aft cabins.

Aft Guest Cabin

Located to starboard at the aft end of the walkway. 2 x single bunk beds, one above the other. Lockers aft. Desk inboard and aft.

Master Cabin

Located opposite the aft guest cabin with a separate door from the walkway. Double bed with lee boards either side. Drawers under bunk. Vanity to port with swing out seat. Shelf and overhead lockers to starboard. 

Master Cabin Head

General Arrangment

AccoMmodations

Sleeps up to 11 in 4 separate sleeping cabins. 2 in the master cabin and 3 in each of the three guest cabins. Crew cabin forward sleeps up to 4. Each cabin has it's own head for a total of 5 heads. Interior wood is teak that has been white stained and finished with Osmo wax. Overheads are vinyl. Floor boards are foam cored with teak and koto wood upper surface. Bulkheads are covered with a noise barrier and separate skin panels. The headroom height has been increased throughout the yacht where possible.

Fo'c'sle

Accessed from deck level. Folding work bench with a vice.

Crew Cabin

Accessed via the galley on the port side. Crew head area forward. "L" settee to port with table. Folding pullman bunk above settee. Bunk to starboard with folding pullman bunk above. All berths fitted with lee cloths. Drawers under the lower berths. Hanging locker forward on the starboard side. Washer and dryer on the port side aft.

Galley

Located aft of the crew cabin on the port side with access to the crew cabin forward and the saloon aft. 2 integral sinks with erator and dishwasher are located inboard, The Miele 4 burner stove with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer are located outboard. The ship's main electrical panel is located aft and outboard. Corian counter tops. Ample stowage space in drawers below the counter tops and lockers above. Additional storage under the floor boards. 2 front loading fridges upgraded to air cooled. 2 front loading freezers. 4 x burner induction stove with electric oven and exhaust hood above. 

Forward midship guest cabin

Located opposite the galley on the starboard side. Accessed from the saloon. Ensuite head with separate stall shower. Double berth with drawers under. Folding pullman berth above. Hanging locker forward.

Saloon

Located aft of the galley and forward midships guest cabin and up 2 steps. "U" shaped settee to port with some stowage under surrounding a dining table. 3 independent chairs inboard. "L" settee to starboard with some stowage under surrounding a coffee table with extension insert leaves. Both tables may be electrically height adjusted as well as inboard and outboard adjusted. Lockers outboard and forward both sides. Lockers aft to port. Glass locker storage aft. Entertainment equipment locker forward. 

Navigation Station

Located in the aft starboard corner of the saloon. Outboard facing. Separate chair may be relocated to dining table.

Aft Midship guest cabins

Located aft of the saloon and down 3 steps. 1 to port and 1 to starboard, mirror imaged. Each with ensuite head and stall shower. 2 single berths in each cabin with filler to make a double. Folding pullman berth inboard in each cabin. Hanging locker in each cabin. Clothes bars in each shower to hang wet foul weather gear.

Master Cabin

Located aft with ensuite head and stall shower. Custom oversized king berth on centerline. Double settee to starboard. Outboard facing vanity/work desk to port. Side table at the head of the bed each side. 2 full length hanging lockers. Lockers aft on each side.

Navigation Station

Located on the starboard side aft of the saloon. Forward facing. Surrounded by navigation and communication electronics as well as the AC and DC electrical panels. Lockers and drawers under.

Located opposite the navigation station. "L" shaped. Top and side load Isotherm fridge inboard, top load Isotherm freezer outboard. Off white colored Corian counter tops. Double stainless steel sinks. 3 burner propane stove with oven. Sharpe Carousel microwave outboard and over the stove. Lockers under the sink and outboard. Drawers aft.

Aft head

Located aft of the navigation station. White gel coated fiberglass unit to half height. Teak cabinetry above with lockers outboard. Electric head with fresh water flush and its own holding tank. Sink with hot and cold pressure water and telephone type shower.

Master Cabin

Guest Cabins

Crew Cabin

Located in the aft end of the yacht. Accessed from the aft starboard corner of the main saloon. Double bunk to port as well as a single bunk to starboard. Crew head with stall shower. Engine room access. Navigation displays. Hanging locker. Storage lockers and drawers.

Main Saloon

Located in the aft end of the yacht with access via a watertight door to the fantail deck in the stern. Port and aft of the saloon is a large “U” shaped dining arrangement with 2 hi-lo folding tables to make 1 large table. On the starboard side is a pop-up TV that may be viewed from the dining area. On the forward bulkhead are 2 screens allowing for the chart plotters to be displayed. From the forward end of the saloon is access on the port side leading up to the pilot house or down to the guest cabins. Port side and forward of the saloon is a serving area with a large granite counter-top and storage for glassware. Doors to the port and starboard side decks are forward of the day head. The door to the engine room is between side deck doors.

Galley

Located in the forward and starboard side of the main saloon. Lang 30 stainless steel electric 4 x burner cooktop and oven. Samsung stainless steel fridge/freezer inboard with ice dispenser in door. Miele dishwasher. Insinkerator garbage disposal. Large stainless steel sink outboard to starboard. Ample storage and granite counter tops. Vitrifrigo Under Counter under counter freezers in the saloon.

Day Head

Located forward and to port of the main saloon.

Pilot House

Accessed from the port aft corner from the main saloon. Bench settee with table aft. Full display of navigation and communication electronics forward and full width. Electric breaker panel aft to port. Side deck access doors to port and starboard. Bensenzoni helm seat. 3 x engine control stations, 1 x port, 1 x midship, 1 x starboard.

Fan-Tail Deck

Located in the stern. The Fan-tail deck is covered along with each side deck. Access to the fan-tail is from the aft end of the main saloon or side deck doors. 2 hi-lo varnished teak tables, 1 each side with a bench seat aft for each. Centerline transom gate. Vitrifrigo under counter fridge and freezer forward. Lazarette access. Access to the flying bridge forward and to starboard.

Flying Bridge Deck

Accessed from the aft starboard corner and from the fan-tail deck. Surrounded with handrails. Painted non-skid deck. Space for 4 x lounging chairs aft. Fisher Paykel stainless steel BBQ grill aft. 2 life rafts, 1 each port and starboard. Space for 2 x inflatable RIBs forward, 1 to port and 1 to starboard. Steelhead tender crane between the 2 AB aluminum RIB tenders for launching and retrieval. Forward of the RIBs, at the forward end of the flying bridge, is an elevated flying bridge with 2 more lounging chairs. 3 x navigation displays.

Rounded corners on all furniture. All floor boards are removable allowing access to the bilges, tanks and machinery.

Forepeak

Captain’s Cabin

Great, cozy off watch cabin located where the least amount of boat motion occurs. Located aft of the navigation station and to starboard side of engine room. Fixed upper and lower berths with drawers below. Hanging locker aft with drawers below. Air conditioning drawn from owner’s cabin. Automatic lights in lockers. Ensuite head (doubles as day head) with shower, sink, mirror, storage and VacuFlush toilet.

Hallway

Accesses the owner's cabin aft creating lots of privacy from the remainder of the yacht. Located on the starboard side. Electrical panel. Door to access engine room. Hanging locker aft, vented with drain in floor and storage shelves for safety equipment.

Owner's Cabin

Palatial! Lots of privacy, large comfortable bed, ensuite head and stall shower. It is hard to imagine a better-appointed cabin for the owners. Located aft. Centerline queen sized berth with drawers below. Settee to port. Hanging lockers port and starboard with drawers below. Large vanity mirror with lighting and shelf with storage below. Engine Space

Engine room located centerline beneath forward cockpit and lined with full sound insulation. Access via door in hallway and under companionway steps. Generator space under floor in main saloon lined with full sound insulation (genset in sound box also).

Fresh Water System 

Freshwater capacity 362 gallons in 2 stainless-steel tanks. Sea Recover Aqua Whisper 230 V watermaker making 1,500 US gallons/day, including: fresh water flush system, ultraviolet sterilizer, clean and rinse valves, commercial pre-filter, 2 x high pressure water pumps by TF Marine, 24V, 3000l/h. Low water alarm. Tank vent pipes at galley sinks. 220V water heater with 100 liter capacity. Engine heated hot water via same water heater. Hot and cold showers at swim platform and in aft cockpit.

Sea-water System

Sea-water pump distributing water to deck wash and galley.

Heads

Vacuflush vacuum toilets using freshwater for flushing x 4. Jabsco manual toilet in forward cabin using sea water for flushing. Black water stored in 2 x black water tanks, emptied by electric pumps or deck fittings. Level indicators for black water tanks in heads and at monitoring panel.

Ventilation

Natural ventilation in all cabins. Exhaust ventilators in all heads and in galley. MarineAir reverse cycle air conditioning installed in: owners cabin, saloon port, saloon starboard, port guest cabin, starboard guest cabin, forward cabin.
